Enrolling your child at Learning Castle is the first step towards joining a community where care, learning, and fun go hand in hand. Here’s how you can start:

Parent Interview: Meet with us to discuss your child's needs, our program options, and how we can best support your family.
Submit Your Application: Complete the enrollment application and provide the necessary documents to secure your child’s spot.

Tuition Rates

Our tuition rates are designed to provide the highest quality care and education for your child:

Application Fee: $50 per child (non-refundable)

Full Time (4+ days a week):

0-1 years old: $320/week
1-3 years old: $300/week
Preschool (4-5 years old): $280/week
Kindergarten to 12 years old: $275/week

Part Time (3 days or less):

Per Day: $80

Sibling Discount: Available after enrolling 2 children. Details discussed during the interview.

Tuition Policies:

Tuition is due every Friday for the following week.
A late fee will apply if payment is not received on time.
Full weekly fee charged regardless of absences, ensuring your child's spot is maintained.
2-week notice required for any schedule changes or discontinuation of services.

Drop-In Care:

Limited availability, on a first-come, first-serve basis: $80 up to 8 hours.
24-hour cancellation notice required to avoid charges.

Late Pick-Up Fee:

$30, increasing after 30 minutes.

Payment Methods:

Acceptable: Cash app, Zelle, cash, or check.
A $35.00 fee added for any returned checks, along with additional late fees.
